I got tired of using tips with plastic bags for my deviled eggs so I went searching for a piping gun that would help me plow through 24-48 deviled eggs at a time and holy moly does this bad boy deliver. It's pricey but its a quality made and I'd rather buy something once and know it'll last then try and save some bucks on a $20 piece of junk made with $2 worth of plastic.My one criticism: The spring that resets the plunger handle needs to be larger. The handle won't fully reset after its been squeezed so you have to keep your pinky or index finger on the opposite side to push it back open. However, the gun is build solid and its built simple so taking it apart and replacing the spring with a bigger one shouldn't be a problem.
